This client already had a video that he didn’t particularly like. I watched it and felt it didn’t convey what made this service provider special. First, it didn’t discuss the innovative technology he was using. More importantly, it didn’t show him as the caring, warm, and fully committed doctor that he is.
As editor, I let this video run quite a bit longer than I otherwise might have. The thinking was that, if someone was considering him, they were probably anxious about their impending work and would be ready to spend more time with him and some of his patients.
